Board Meetings: Meetings are  held in March, June, September and December, typically on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm, although the specific dates will vary and will be posted each year. Meetings of the Board are held in the Westcott Room of the Second Presbyterian Church. The Annual Meeting of the Association is held on the third Wednesday of November and a special notice of the date and location is issued to Guilford residents.
