Tulip Dig
The tulip bulbs are removed from Sherwood Gardens beds at the end of each blooming season to be replaced by new bulbs for the next spring bloom. At the end of May each year, always the Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend starting at 7:00 AM the tulip bulbs are available to be dug and purchased for a nominal cost. Participants should bring a shovel or spade and a bag for their bulbs.
This year, the tulip dig will be on May 29.
